New feature: re-order your favorite products with just one click!

We're excited to announce the launch of a new feature on IQOS website that makes shopping with us even easier. 

You can now duplicate your previous order and add your favorite HEETS flavors and products to your cart with just one click!

 

The feature is Re-order which allows you to repeat a previous order that was placed.

 

How do you use Reorder?

 

1. Under "My account" - you can access Order History. Under each order you'll see a button that will allow you to place the same order once again.

2. In the order confirmation email – The confirmation email will include a button that by clicking on it, you will be able to place your previous order once again.

 

This new feature is designed to make your shopping experience faster and more convenient. No more time-consuming searches for the products you purchased last time. With one click, you can re-order your favorite products. 

 

This saves you time and effort, making your IQOS and HEETS shopping experience as smooth as possible.

We know that many of you have a busy lifestyle, and every second counts. That's why we want to make shopping with us as quick and efficient as possible. We want you to be able to order your HEETS and get back to your day. This new feature makes it possible.
