Shipping and Returns
Following is information in regard to the shipment of the site orders. For any further question, a representative of the IQOS shop will be happy to help at *2373 or by email: mail@IQOS.co.il.
The products will be delivered only to adults aged 18 and over, subject to presentation of an identification document. Prior to the courier's arrival, telephone coordination will be made by the courier, and if the customer chooses to leave the shipment in an agreed place (by to the door/electrical cabinet /some other places), this will be possible.
2. Delivery times:
After receiving the order and confirming, the delivery of the products to you will be carried out through an independent courier provider.
Deliveries are made on Sundays to Thursdays only. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, not including the day of the order.
*These delivery times do not apply to the addresses included in the List of Exceptional Distribution Settlements file. For these localities, the shipment will arrive within 5 business days.
Please note: In order to optimize the shipping to you, when shopping on the site, it is recommended to choose delivery to the address where you spend most of your day – at work, at home, or any other address of your choice. Subject to consumer availability.
Upon completion of the order, you will be sent an SMS from the courier
In which you can request to leave the shipment at the door, and if the customer chooses to leave the shipment in an agreed place (next to the door/electrical cabinet/other place) this will be made possible.
3. Order tracking:
After the purchase is made, you can track the status of your order at any time by entering "My IQOS," on the website, and then clicking on "Current Order." You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase transaction on the site with an invoice, a warranty certificate (if an electronic product was purchased), and a summary of the details of the transaction.
4. Shipping Areas:
The provision of products will be carried out only within the State of Israel, in certain areas only, as defined from time to time by the Company at its sole discretion.
5. Changing the order:
It is possible to change the time and address of arrival until 24:00 at night, on the day before the scheduling window that was set.
A change after this date and time will result in a delay in the delivery.

6. Cancellation of a transaction made on the site
You may cancel a transaction made on the IQOS website from the date of the transaction, and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, or from the date of receipt of the summary document of the details of the transaction, whichever is later.
A person with disabilities, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant ("oleh hadash") may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the products, or from the date of receipt of a summary document of the details of the transaction, as the case may be, whichever is later, subject to presentation of a certificate.
In accordance with the law, the right of cancellation does not apply to perishable goods.
If you wish to cancel the transaction, you must notify the IQOS shop at *2373, or via email mail@IQOS.co.il , or otherwise in writing, in regard to the cancellation of the transaction, within the above time frame.
If you cancel the transaction, you must return the product you purchased in the transaction. For details regarding returning the product and receiving credit for the cancelled transaction, you are welcome to contact the IQOS shop. The IQOS shop may also contact you in this regard. Philip Morris Ltd. will cancel the transaction with the credit card company, and therefore there will be no need to contact the credit company directly.
